Any person who accesses this website takes the role of website user (henceforth "User"). Becoming a User implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions set out in this Legal Notice and Privacy Policy, as well as any other applicable legal provisions.

The Provider declines all liability derived from the information published in the Website, and for the unavailability of the website, which will also experience periodic downtimes for technical maintenance. Also, the Provider reserves the right to modify any information that might be shown in the Website, without any obligation to provide any notice to users about those modifications, as it is considered sufficient to publish the information in the website.

Scaleway (hosting)

The Website uses transactional mail services from MailJet, SAS, a company located on “37 bis, rue du Sentier 75002 Paris”. This company’s servers are located exclusively within the European Union. Its privacy policy can be accessed here.

Runbox (e-mail)

Some communications with the users of the Website may take place through direct e-mail. For e-mail, the Provider uses the services of Runbox Solutions, a company located in Oslo, Norway. The servers used by this company are located in Norway, and therefore they are within the European Economic Space. Its privacy policy can be accessed here.

SendOwl (venta)

The Provider uses the services of SendOwl https://www.sendowl.com/ to manage the sales of its products and services. SendOwl is a British company based in London (and European company). Stripe (procesador de pagos)

The Provider uses the services of Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin) to process payments. Stripe complies with applicable European laws to provide an adequate level of data protection for the transfer of Personal Data. Others

The Provider uses external services located in Spain for fiscal and accounting tasks. These services process data on behalf of the Provider so that the Provider can comply with its fiscal and other administrative obligations.

Cession and Data Security

The Provider informs and warrants expressly to users that their personal data will not be ceded to any other third parties aside from those mentioned above, and that in the case that any cession of personal data had to take place, the Provider would request express, informed, and unequivocal consent from the users.

All the data requested through the website are mandatory, for they are needed to provide an optimal service to the user. In the case that not all data are provided, the Provider cannot warrant that the information and services provided will completely fit your needs.

The Provider warrants to the users, in any case, the right of access, correction, cancellation and opposition, pursuant to the terms set out in the current legislation. The Provider has adopted all the necessary technical and organisational measures to warrant the security and integrity of the personal data that it processes, as well as to prevent loss, alteration, unauthorised access and other potential risks.

Anti-spam policy

The Provider declares itself completely against the unsolicited sending of commercial communications and against any other type of conduct or behavior known as "spam", and is also committed to the fight against this type of abusive practices.

The process of subscription to the mailing lists in the Website must not be used to subscribe e-mail addresses of other persons without the express consent of the affected persons. The Website implements, as a countermeasure to these practices, a type of mailing list known as "double opt-in", which requires previous and explicit confirmation from the owner of the e-mail address used as the subscription address, before any other e-mail communications are sent to that address.

Consent to the processing of personal data

When a website user sends a message using the contact form, the user's email address will be used solely to respond to the user's query.

When a website user subscribes to "Products and Services" mailing list, the user's email address will be used to send him or her commercial offers and information about the products and services offered by the Provider.

In both cases the user will be giving his or her express consent to the processing of the corresponding personal data provided for the purposes stated above, as set forth in Article 6 of the LOPD. The user can exercise his or her rights pursuant to the terms set out on article 5 of the LOPD.

The personal data obtained through those activities will be included in the file named "LISTAS DE CORREO Y USUARIOS WEB", duly registered in the Data Protection General Register, whose owner and entity in charge is the Provider, and whose purpose is to carry out statistical studies, and to send to the user: information that he or she has requested through the web forms, information and communication about topics of his/her interest (for users who subscribe to mailing lists), and commercial information and offers. The fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory, for it is impossible to carry out the purposes mentioned above unless those data are provided by the user. When a website user purcases products or services offered through the website, aside from the email address, the user is asked for his/her name, address, and tax identification. These data will be used by the Provider to manage its clients and to issue invoices. These data will be included in the file named "CLIENTES Y PROVEEDORES", duly registered in the Data Protection General Register, whose owner and entity in charge is the Provider, and whose purpose accounting, tax and administrative management of clients and/or providers. These data are mandatory in order to carry out the service of selling products and/or services.

The Provider does not store data about the credit cards used by our customers, since the Provider uses an external payment processor (Stripe).

User's rights

Pursuant to the terms set out in article 5 of the LOPD, the Provider hereby informs the users that the exclusive purpose of the registration database is to carry out statistical studies, and to send to the user: information that he or she has requested through the web forms, information and communication about topics of his/her interest (for users who subscribe to mailing lists), and commercial information and offers.

Only the owner will have access to his/her own data, and these data will not be ceded, shared, or transferred to any other third party aside from the service providers specified earlier (section "Third parties" above). The data will not be given or sold to any third party.

Pursuant to the terms set out in the LOPD, the user, at any time, will be able to exercise his/her rights of access, correction, cancellation and opposition with respect to the Provider. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

For the purpose of resolving any controversies or litigation that could arise regarding the Website or its activities, the parties expressly waive their right to appeal to their own jurisdiction and accept that Spanish law shall regulate this agreement, and also the parties agree to submit to the courts of Valladolid, Spain.
